High Res Files

Ensure that you supply the highest resolution image files available for your album designs.
Be advised that we will design with the files we are supplied, assuming they are your highest resolution available.

We have not placed restrictions on the quantity of changes that you can request per album design. We will refund your money if you are not 100% happy with the designs that we create for you.

Production Times

Allow 3-5 business days from the date of confirmed payment to the delivery of the first design submission. Allow 4 days for each revision.

Image File Requirements

| • | Must have an embedded colour space in either sRGB or Adobe 1998 |
| • | Supply only images you wish us to use in the album design. All Images will be used. |

Colour & Density Correction of Image Files
|
We can adjust and correct your images for continuity of White Balance, Colour Temperature, Brightness & Exposure levels, Hue, Saturation, Black Points, and Contrast. This service is necessary if you plan on selecting "one correction per page" at time of printing.
Note: this service should not be confused with the 'Lab Colour Correction' services which are performed by the lab at the time of printing.
