TERMS OF SALE
Albums Australia is a manufacturer and wholesaler. We sell only to the professional industry. Proof of business must be established before price information can be discussed. As most products produced by Albums Australia are custom made to your individual specifications, all orders must be paid in full before production can commence. We reserve the right to change our product specifications and prices at any time.
Orders
All orders for customised products must be submitted in writing. TDA software is provided free of charge and is the preferred method of ordering. Orders received which were not placed automatically through TDA software will attract an administrative charge.
Authorisation to Commence Production
Clicking the “Confirm Order” option within the TDA software is your formal authorisation to us to commence the production of your design. You will receive an automatic response via the email address that you used to register your TDA software. Your album will be started in the next scheduled production run as long as full payment has been received.
Pre-Orders
Placing Pre-Orders from within TDA is a commitment by you to
have the current album design manufactured by Albums Australia
within the following 12 months.
PRICES
Prices listed exclude packing and freight costs and taxes unless
otherwise specified. Prices are subject to changes without
notice. Price lists, the Auto Price Calculator and the TDA
Design Price Calculator are updated regularly but may not
immediately reflect some changes.
PAYMENT
Credit Card
Payment can be made via credit card (Visa or MasterCard) which you can provide when placing each order or you can give us authorisation to keep your credit card details and automatically charge your card when placing an order.
Direct Transfer
Contact us for our bank details if you prefer to transfer funds directly to our account. Please be aware that this payment option can delay the start of your order until your funds have cleared.
Cheque
Payment by Cheque is possible but production will not start until funds have cleared.
Non Payment
Information about you and your business may be provided to third party organisations to assist in the collection of outstanding payments.

Albums Australia automatically charges in the following
currencies for each of the below listed geographical locations.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Non Customised Product Order Cancellations
A full refund will be issued if an order of a stock (non-customised) product/s is cancelled but not yet shipped.
Customised Product Order Cancellations
Products which have been customised in any way can be cancelled at any time in writing. However you will be responsible for the cost of production to the stage the order achieved when the order was cancelled.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Albums Australia will replace or repair products which are found to be genuinely faulty due to manufacturing procedures, craftsmanship or materials for a period of three years from date of invoice. Cover materials that are damaged or worn will be replaced at cost. Please report all manufacturing errors or faults within 7 days of receipt. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorisation. All transport cost to and from our factory for repair is the responsibility of the photographer unless organised by us. Freight costs for warranty claims that are determined not to be a warranty claim will be charged back to the photographer.
Warranty claims can only be made by the photographer that originally purchased the album from Albums Australia.
Limit of liability
Our liability under all claims is limited to the replacement or repair (at our discretion) of the goods lost or damaged. We are not liable for any consequential loss or damage, freight costs or loss of profits resulting from the need to replace or repair a product.
PRIVACY POLICY
By using this Albums Australia Web site, you agree to the terms and conditions, as outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.
Collection of Personal Information
Albums Australia may ask you to voluntarily provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. This information may include your name, mailing address, email address and other personal identifying information. Albums Australia recognises and appreciates the importance of responsible use of this information. We do not share information about you with any third parties except as provided for under our Terms of Trade, which authorise us to supply and disclose appropriate information relating to defaulting customers in order to obtain payment.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Customised Product Refunds
Albums Australia will repair or replace products which are found to
be genuinely faulty due to manufacturing errors, craftsmanship or
defective materials for a period of three years from the date of
invoice. No refunds are available for customised products as they
have a nil re-sale value.
Please immediately check all packages
received from us for possible damage caused through transport.
It
is also important that you check the products contained in a
delivery when you received them for errors or faults. All faults
need to be reported within 7days of deliveries.
Stock Product Refunds
Albums Australia offers a full refund for non customized products when returned in salable condition within 14 days of delivery. Freight cost not included.
Shipping for Purchases Made Through TDA Design Software
Customised products ordered through TDA software will be shipped when the product/s is completed. By default, our staff checks to see if there are other albums in the system for you, which are scheduled to be completed within the next 7 days. If there is, we will automatically hold the completed album(s) in an effort to save you additional freight costs.
It is your responsibility to inform us if you want completed albums to be sent ahead as soon as ready. We will hold a delivery for up to 1 week to combine multiple shipments. Your urgent orders must be sent with comments ‘Send When Ready’ if you do not want us to hold it for other albums.
Shipping Costs
Cost of shipping products vary and are determined by the destination, weight and volume of a parcel.
DATA SECURITY POLICY
Albums Australia is fully committed to data security. To prevent unauthorised access and maintain accuracy, we have put in place procedures to safeguard and secure the information you provide. However, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you transmit to us.
Please note that Albums Australia is not responsible for the content
or privacy practices of third-party web sites to which this or any
other Albums Australia web site may link or be linked from time to
time.

Freight
Listed product prices do not include courier costs. On completion of
an album order, our staff checks to see if there are other albums in
the system which is scheduled to be completed within 7 days. If
there is, we will automatically hold the completed album(s) in an
effort to save you additional freight costs. We will only hold
completed orders for a maximum of 7 days before shipping.
It is

Shipping of Purchases Made Through the Albums Australia On-line Store
Albums Australia utilises the services of the best national and international courier companies available to deliver to your nominated address. Couriers are chosen on their ability to deliver goods without damage in the quickest times and at the best prices.
Australian Destinations
Products purchased by Australian customers are shipped by overnight road services where applicable. Capital destinations are usually delivered the next day (excluding Perth). Non central destinations can take up to 5 days. Guaranteed overnight services are available but do attract a premium charge.
Overseas Destinations
All overseas destinations are shipped via “overnight” services. This usually takes at least three days from the date of shipping to the day of delivery at your studio.
Delivery Of Non Customised Products Purchased Via The Albums Australia Online Store
Delivery of non customised products purchased via the Albums Australia online store will be conducted through the appropriate courier company as described above. Please advise us to "ship with next delivery" if this is your preference. Shipments for purchases made without advice to "ship with next album delivery" will be shipped in the next available courier. All non-customised product album purchases will be sent with work in production that is due for completion within 7 days. Orders placed for non customized products where no other orders are pending will be sent alone at your cost.
